Chris Banning is a Service Disabled Veteran who served in the United States Air Force. Chris brings over 14 years of Information Technology and Voice Communications experience as an Electrical Supervisor at a major United States Air Force Base and also served as a Telecommunication Instructor for Tulsa Technology in Fiber Optics and Copper Cabling.  Chris has a Bachelor of Science, Business Management and an Associate of Electrical Systems degree from the Community College of the Air Force. JOHNNY BANNING / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER & ELECTRICAL DIVISION MANAGER

 

 

Johnny Banning has been a master electrician and supervisor for more than 10 years. Johnny's experience includes CAD Design, Business Management, Project Lead, Program Management and Design Engineer. LINDSAY HOLDEN / MANAGING DIRECTOR

 

 

 

Lindsay Holden has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Lindsay also holds certifications in many Microsoft software applications and leads all ADP and Deltek (DCAA Compliant Accounting Software) programs for Banning.

To comply with the regulations regarding proper financial management, government contractors must satisfy the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), which is responsible for performing all audits for the DoD, and for providing accounting and financial advisory services to DoD components responsible for procurement and contract administration. STACEY SCHIFFERDECKER / PROPOSAL MANAGER

 

 

 

Stacey Schifferdecker has more than 20 years’ experience as a technical writer and editor and has worked in numerous industries, including fluid power research, software development, and environmental engineering. She is a member of the Society for Technical Communication and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and French from Pittsburg State University and a Master’s degree in Technical Writing from Oklahoma State University.
